To order blinds online, simply browse our website, select the type of blind you want, choose the desired material, color, and any additional options. Input the necessary measurements, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Full payment is required when placing an order online.

For in-home consultations, we require a 30% deposit upon placing the order. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery or installation of your blinds.

To schedule a free in-home consultation, please fill out the quotation form on our appointment page or call our customer service team. One of our experienced representatives will visit your home to measure your windows and provide a tailored quotation

To ensure accurate measurements, we recommend using a metal tape measure. Measure the width and drop of the window recess in multiple places, recording the smallest measurement for both. Alternatively, take advantage of our free in-home consultation service, and our experts will handle the measurements for you.

For vertical and roller blinds, the delivery or fitting time is 4 to 7 days. For all other blinds, the standard lead time is 2 to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the type of blind and any customization options.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on made-to-measure blinds unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product is damaged upon arrival. In these cases, please contact our customer service team to arrange a replacement or repair.

All our blinds come with easy-to-follow installation instructions. You can also find video tutorials on our website to guide you through the installation process. If you're not confident with DIY, consider using our professional installation service for a hassle-free experience.

Yes, we provide a standard 12-month warranty on all our blinds. This covers manufacturing defects and any issues related to the hardware components of the product. Please note that normal wear and tear and misuse are not covered under the warranty.
